Total responsibility from start to finish
When we carry out project-based maintenance, we assume full project management responsibility. This includes planning and coordination, regular status updates, procurement of parts, management of subcontractors, transport, and logistics. We ensure that all aspects of the project are interconnected and delivered in accordance with the agreed quality, timeline, and cost. Every project has a dedicated project manager.

Mantena offers project-based maintenance to railway companies throughout the Nordics. We have carried out both large and small projects for clients in the region and know that we deliver a competitive service. We have extensive experience operating trains across borders.
