Arne Roland (57) is the new Chief Executive Officer of Mantena. He replaces John Arne Ulvan, who has led the company since 2021.
Arne Roland has extensive industrial experience from Aker and CHC Helicopter, and has previously led restructuring efforts in a number of different companies. For the past year, Roland has been a member of the board at Mantena.

It is now crucial to ensure better profitability and to strengthen competitiveness. Arne Roland possesses the expertise necessary for the changes Mantena is about to undergo. Strong Professional Environment
Roland will immediately assume the role of interim leader at Mantena and will simultaneously step down from the board.

John Arne Ulvan is stepping down from his role, but will continue to be available to the board and the company for a period moving forward.

Among other things, he has established a new and strong management team, and under his leadership, significant improvements have been implemented in the company, particularly the work on visibility should be highlighted, says Broberg.
