Extraordinary challenges
Like all other organizations, 2020 presented extraordinary challenges for us at Mantena as well. We have truly had our ability to adapt and think innovatively tested, and we have seen that our employees in all departments and at all levels have risen to the challenge and worked hard to keep things running.
By highlighting our employees and various projects, we wish to provide insight into the important work being carried out within the organization and the crucial role our employees play in this.
Three main chapters
The annual report for 2020 is divided into three main chapters:

- Sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and HSE
- Innovation and efficient transport
Under each of these themes, we have compiled information about key projects in 2020 and, not least, anticipated activities in the time ahead. Together with the Board's annual report, financial statements, and explanation of key figures, this provides readers with a good insight into where Mantena stands today and where we are heading.
