Mantena with satisfied customers

2. April 2020

Mantena's customer satisfaction survey for 2020 is now available.

In Mantena's annual customer satisfaction survey, employees from Mantena's clients are asked how they experience the cooperation in various areas. In the non-anonymous survey, participants are asked to give scores from 1–6, where 6 is the highest.

Employees from 21 out of a total of 30 companies have responded. The people who participated in the survey work in companies such as Vy, BaneNOR, Flytoget, Go-Ahead, SJ, and Sporveien, among others.

On the right track

– The survey shows that we are on the right track. We see this because we have asked the same questions in the survey for several consecutive years, which enables us to interpret the responses based on measures we have implemented in light of past surveys. There is always room for improvement and we will incorporate this into our ongoing strategic work, but in general, I would say that the survey confirms what we have long believed. For the most part, we have satisfied customers and cooperation in most areas works very well.

This is according to Mantena's Commercial Director, Silje Nilsen. She adds that the highest scores in the survey were given for the points “Approachability” with a score of 5.2 and “General competence” with a score of 5.1, while the lowest score was given for “Price level” (3.6). This is roughly as expected, according to the Commercial Director.

– Customers will always wish for lower prices, and moving forward we will continue to focus on streamlined production and high delivery quality, as well as expanding our service offerings. In addition, we continually receive feedback that we are pleasant people to work with.
